2012 classes will be available on the Community Ed website soon. Go to the Community Ed website, click "register now," then "Preschool-5th Grade Enrichment," then "Sports/Health/Fitness," then scroll down to "Grow. Eat. Share." and select the option that works best for you. REGISTER HERE: COMMUNITY ED WEBSITE! *Classes will still be held if there is light rain. Class Description.
Your child will learn lessons about where food comes from & what it takes to go from a seed to a delicious meal. They will join program creator Laura Greene as she teaches them to garden, cook with what they grow & to share some of their harvest with those less fortunate. And your child will do this in an interactive, hands-on, FUN way! Not only will they leave smarter & healthier, but they'll form essential habits to keep them & their planet healthy for a life time.
